When you place your order, we'll send you a 'Tufted Topper' Measuring/Order Processing Kit.

The packet contains 'easy-to-follow' instructions, a shipping information form, a large section of template paper for making your pattern and a pre-addressed Priority Mail return envelope.

Follow the simple instructions to produce an accurate template pattern, fill out the necessary information on the form, insert both in the return envelope and mail back to us.

Your 'Tufted Topper' will be made to the EXACT size and shape of the pattern you provide and will ship to you approx 10 business days after receipt of your pattern at our factory.
