The 4-layer construction begins with a durable
bottom layer of heavy poly/cotton fabric to which is placed a 1" layer
of premium 1.6 density foam. The next layer is 1" of pre-compressed,
high density polyester fiber-fill which adds softness and makes for
a cool and comfortable surface. The outer shell uses Nano~Pel?,
an innovative new fabric protection material from Burlington House.

This combination is fed through our 'state-of-the-art'
quilting machines (see photos below) where it is quilted then collected
on large rolls. Each cover is custom-cut as orders are received. The
edges are machine surged and bound and extra-wide elastic webbing
is added to securely anchor your 'Tufted
Topper'. |
